A Fast, High capacity EGSB Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Global Water & Energy’s Annubix T is a fast-flowing process that uses bacteria to degrade the sludge, producing a biogas by-product in turn. Raw industrial wastewater needs to be pre-treated in order to prepare for the process. It is a reliable system with ultra-high organic loading capacity and a minimal footprint.

During the process, the wastewater passes through two separate layers of anaerobic sludge. It then enters a special three-phase separator at the top of the reactor tank, separating the treated water from the produced biogas. Besides, the treated effluent leaves the system via a collector pipe. Finally, the biogas is ready for further conditioning or burning off in a biogas flare.

Optional customization and enhancements are available for pre-settling solids, degassing, and heating or cooling the liquid based on your requirements. This process can be used to treat industrial wastewater from breweries, soft drinks & other beverages production, paper mills, starch production, etc.

Continuously discharge bags, automatically and dust free

The TBMA ‘Galahad’ automatic bag slitter is suitable for the continuous and dust-free handling of all types of single or multi-layered bags. Any size of paper or plastic bag, whether lightly or densely filled with granular or powdered products, can be cut and emptied without problems. Standard operation will handle approximately 20 tons per hour, however, depending on the properties of the product and the condition of the bags, capacities of up to 50 tons per hour can be obtained.

An extremely clean and efficient press filtration process

Tefsa has been a leader in the design and manufacture of press filtration equipment for over 40 years. The company’s overhead filter press represents the state-of-the-art for press filters offering cleaner operation, much better access to filter plates for inspection and filter cloth changing, and fast, reliable automatic plate discharge and change out.  Since the filter plates in these machines are suspended from above and the caked is discharged at the bottom, the plate transport mechanism stays completely clean and can thus move very quickly and be operated automatically for long periods of time with very little maintenance. Furthermore, since there is no plate transport mechanism blocking access to the sides of the plate stack, an operator has full access to either side of the filter plates making filter cloth and change out and plate inspection much quicker and easier than with other units. Many options and accessories are available to suit your particular process needs and capacities range from 81 to 1.066 square meters of filtration area.
