Reliable, standardised system focused on processing poultry manure

Dorset’s Pelleting line is a fully equipped standardised pelleting line, dedicated for volumes of 400 Kg/H or 800 Kg/H. It is a full processing line, mounted on a steel platform. It includes all the parts required for pelleting dry poultry manure: a crusher, dosing system, pellet press, dust sieve, cyclone, sanitation and a cooling system.

Most wastewater treatment plants processing slurry use techniques that result in waste streams which by itself have little or no value and are difficult to process further. However, this pelleting line for manure fertilizer combines these substances for effective and configurable production of green chemical fertilizer. This results in a customer specific supply of fertilizer to the end-user.

A Fast, High capacity EGSB Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Global Water & Energy’s Annubix T is a fast-flowing process that uses bacteria to degrade the sludge, producing a biogas by-product in turn. Raw industrial wastewater needs to be pre-treated in order to prepare for the process. It is a reliable system with ultra-high organic loading capacity and a minimal footprint.

During the process, the wastewater passes through two separate layers of anaerobic sludge. It then enters a special three-phase separator at the top of the reactor tank, separating the treated water from the produced biogas. Besides, the treated effluent leaves the system via a collector pipe. Finally, the biogas is ready for further conditioning or burning off in a biogas flare.

Optional customization and enhancements are available for pre-settling solids, degassing, and heating or cooling the liquid based on your requirements. This process can be used to treat industrial wastewater from breweries, soft drinks & other beverages production, paper mills, starch production, etc.

An Efficient Direct Air Flotation Treatment Method

The Global Water & Energy’s SUPERFLOT™ system uses the dissolved air flotation method, which forces floating contaminants to the surface of wastewater, using a curtain of fine air bubbles injected under negative pressure. The air bubbles cling to the suspended particles, which float to the surface. When the atmospheric pressure returns, these rise to the surface, carrying solids, fat, oil, and grease. These are then scraped off and disposed of. A surface skimmer then removes them into an internal hopper for further handling. There are many applications suited to this process. These include livestock processing, laundries and textiles, pulp and paper manufacture, plastics recycling, and food production, to mention a few. The SUPERFLOT system can also operate in tertiary mode with combined coagulant/flocculant dosing. Wastewater cleaned this way may be discharged into surface water subject to local regulations.
